So basically i had to tough it out- i had a very hard time with this as my migraines are very severe and i cannot function without medication. so i took it but only when i really needed it. Then in december, since topamax didn’t work out i tried lamictal and stopped it very quickly. Also i don’t think i am able to take triptans because of the adverse effects i experienced (below). The other night I made a meal that I HOPED everyone would enjoy. Ground Beef was the Meat Du Jour and that is usually the most difficult for me to please everyone with.
