He escorted a young lady named Lexus during the halftime of the homecoming football game. On Saturday night at the homecoming dance he found out he was the runner up for 2009. He had fun at homecoming and is looking forward to his Far East Championship week at Okinawa, Japan from 10-14 November. Posted by Karla and Thaddeus. View my complete profile.

Sunday, August 30, 2009. We made it to the top. It was an amazing view to be above the clouds and 12,000 ft. high. Posted by Karla and Thaddeus. We are only half way up Mt. Fuji at this point. It was raining and over cast but that is the best kind of weather to climb in. There is no way I would of made it up the mountain on a hot sunny day. Posted by Karla and Thaddeus. Sunday, November 9, 2008. Mount Fuji Trip Nov 2008. We took a trip up to Mount Fuji with Mark and Ashley Isenhour and visited the little town of Oshino-Hakkai. It was an overcast day, but occasionally Mount Fuji would peak through the clouds and give us a spectacular view. The fall foliage was beautiful and we enjoyed the day. This view was from the south towards evening. It is interesting how the clouds form a conical shape around the peak at this time of the evening. Posted by Karla and Thaddeus.

Thursday, September 11, 2008. A day in Japan. Don't you just love the shoes? You have to wear out door shoes when out doors and when you go inside you just wear the white boot socks. I say boot because they are actually a shoe made out of material. I have been told that this was a very rare opportunity to have and with that I am very thankful that I was able to spend a day playing dress up and having a great time (except for the raw fish). Posted by Karla and Thaddeus. Front and Back of kamono.

Thursday, August 21, 2008. Posted by Karla and Thaddeus. From the front of our home you can see the church just on the other side of the fence. The other picture is the front view of our house. Its a 4 bedroom house and I do like it. The kitchen isn't anything to speak of and definitely. My kitchen in Texas out does this one but over all I can't complain, especially when I see what most of the housing is like on base. It pays to be married to a colonel. Posted by Karla and Thaddeus. http://hansensintexas.blogspot.com/2011/06/now-what-were-those-summer-plans.html
Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Now, what were those summer plans? Okayremember the part in the last post where i said that i won't be having surgery this year? I'm trying to be positive.as texas has one of its hottest and most humid summers ever, i am in my house, comfortable with the air conditioning on. which was broken, btw, and my daughter-in-law's father graciously fixed it for us. he is a kind man! Tom still doesn't have a job, so anyone inclined to pray for him would be very much appreciated. Tom and D...
