The Best Me Ever - My Journey With Herbalife. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Finding Balance - Day Two. Today is day 2 of my new Herbalife-style. Day 1 went well and one thing I realize is I've got to use the knowledge that I have while using the products. Particularly using the shakes in place of 2 meals. I've got to plan my meals to be sure I'm eating enough. I don't want to shortchange myself! Yesterday I added frozen mixed berries to my vanilla shake and it was good but I want it to be awesome for me!

The Best Me Ever - My Journey With Herbalife. Friday, April 1, 2011. I LOVE my protein shakes! I’ve found the perfect mix – at least for now! I add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and ½ teaspoon sugar to my vanilla shake along with milk/water and ice and it’s absolutely fantastic! I’ve noticed that when I eat my regular meal, I’m satisfied eating less that I usually am. Also, my energy is much more consistent through the day and I’m sleeping like a baby at night! Better sleep = better moods for me!

It has a nice, raspberry flavor to it but I really love the kick I get when I drink it! You add ½ teaspoon to your hot/cold water and sip.
