I gave her some ideas, one was to hike to the "Y" and that was it folks she made up her mind that was going to be the FUN thing we do as a family! Wednesday, November 02, 2011. This MAMA did it! I completed(not fast - but completed) a sprint TRIATHLON in september and RAN( a slow jog) a HALF MARATHON in October! I actually was pretty proud of myself they were not easy tasks. Not only am I NOT an athlete and this stuff does not come naturally for me like it does for most of my family but training was a little tricky to find the time with 4 girls a new puppy and very busy hubby!
