God With Us And We Are With God. Emmanuel Baptist Church is located in the City of Stockton, California. The City has a population of approximately 291,707. People in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. The church was founded in April of 1926 by the late Rev. Henry Potts. The church is currently 89 years old, and in those 89 years the church has only had five (5) pastors.
