Champagne 在酒店喝一向不便宜, 話雖如此, 也想喝點酒. 我點了一杯 Inflorescence La Parcelle, 忘記了年份, 但氣泡有力持久, 味道不太甜, 不錯. 另外還有一杯Krug, 氣泡細緻很多. 環境挺優雅但並不拘謹, 檯與檯之間的 Spacing 足夠, 不嘈吵. 另一款 Complementary food, Cone 上有點三文魚再加上點點魚子醬.

Saturday, November 23, 2013. 我們在大學站附近上船, 先去吉澳, 再到東平洲, 途中經過船灣淡水湖. 行完一行百多人去這間茶樓吃個海鮮宴, 食物還可以. 不過途中發生小插曲, 有兩位團友大學站報到了卻沒有上船. 導遊在吉澳吃飯時發現以為他們在吉澳失踪.要勞動到警察哥哥. 再上船, 經過四十分鐘的航程來到東平洲, 很美. Friday, November 1, 2013. 今次 brunch 小組又出動, 去一探新開張 Lawry's 的水準. 雖然餐牌只有香港薄切, 但細問之下原來可以加 $80 升級到 California Cut. 蔬菜沙律是近期的推介, 很新鮮, 顏色又鮮艷. 熱身前都食左三四碟, 個人覺得羅馬生菜最好食. 記得飲磨菇湯配 pudding. 配上自家品牌的紅酒, 味道有勁道, 配燒牛肉一樂也. 至於服務嘛, 三催四請先送上餐酒, 服務不差但不細心精準, 難道是美心集團的公司文化麼?

Friday, November 1, 2013. 今次 brunch 小組又出動, 去一探新開張 Lawry's 的水準. 雖然餐牌只有香港薄切, 但細問之下原來可以加 $80 升級到 California Cut. 蔬菜沙律是近期的推介, 很新鮮, 顏色又鮮艷. 熱身前都食左三四碟, 個人覺得羅馬生菜最好食. 記得飲磨菇湯配 pudding. 主菜我點了 medium, 個汁好甜美跟那塊燒牛肉很夾. 燒牛肉很有肉味, 就算五成也有邊位很脆內裏仍柔軟的效果, 下次要三成熟先. 個人認為除非胃納很小, 否則 California cut (說是 6安士但實際有接近 8安士) 無擬是口感和味道較佳的選擇. 配上自家品牌的紅酒, 味道有勁道, 配燒牛肉一樂也. 至於服務嘛, 三催四請先送上餐酒, 服務不差但不細心精準, 難道是美心集團的公司文化麼? 店方網頁: http:/ lawrys.com.hk/. Sunday, January 5, 2014. 這次 BKK 聖誕之旅, 在泰國政局不穩定的氣氛下前往. 早上七時我已在機場, 用盡時間是我去旅行的一貫宗旨. :). 做資料搜集時我發現很多朋友推薦大倉, 網上比較下亦發現價錢不錯, 於是一連四晚也入住了. 水太冷 我還在BKK患上傷風. :S. 放低行李, 去跟蘇絲黃食個船河. 份量跟泰國人的胃納是偏少但味道很不錯的. 晚餐去了 Madam Saranair. 近 Central World, 食物也不錯, 不過奶茶蛋糕不是預期好食. Central World 門外當然是人頭湧湧, 不過相比以往的聖誔節, 今年沒有太擠逼, 也算是件好事. 第一入 Central World, 感覺上點解永遠都行不盡行不完? 第二日走到翟道翟. 意外地行多人但沒有流汗. :). 晚上想食魚翅但店子沒有開. 去Greyhound 雞翼又售罄.不太滿足哩. 有一天自己走了去皇宮, 入場費500 銖不便宜但也值得去.

Weekend brunch 淨食 antipasti 同 salad 都已經好飽, 加百多元更可以任飲. 選擇也有很多, 芝士和 cold cut 各有三款; 甜品也很豐富, 沙律最普通的火箭菜和洋蔥到其他水牛蕃茄芝士等也有. 甜品感覺上比較甜, 可能是喝得相對比較酸的 sparkling wine 影響了. June 19, 2014 at 12:03 AM.
