Estuve leyendo en las casi-vacaciones, la trilogía sobre Marte de Kim Stanley Robinson. Una de las muchas cosas interesantes que tiene es el proceso de creación "desde cero" de un gobierno ("diseñado" por científicos vueltos políticos por necesidad).
