Did I mention there’s only two ingredients! 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 Mash the banana in a small bowl. 2 Mix the cocoa in with the banana. 3 Put the mixture into a small container. 4 When frozen cut into 4 pieces. 46 calories for 1 serving. 183 calories for the whole block.
