Monday, January 3, 2011. Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms. Three for three, baby! Shoulders and Arms was my favorite routine so far. Still have a long way to go before my arms and shoulders look anything like the chick's in the video, but I will not mind doing that video again over the coming weeks. Today, particularly this afternoon, was rough. Plyometrics yesterday killed me, and by the end on the day, walking up stairs was difficult. Anything requiring a squat requires assistance.
