May 20, 2014. Now that it’s mid-May here in Minnesota, we can finally muster the courage to say goodbye to Winter. February 20, 2012. It was about this time of year when I visited Berlin. In fact, two years ago I spent Valentine’s Day at a Mexican restaurant in Berlin. Random. But I was with Chloe, Libby, and Senja and it was one of the best Valentine’s celebrations I’ve had! I miss traveling so very much. Especially with good friends. I can’t wait until I can get back on a plane and see new places again. For the time being, I’ll just settle for looking back at the places I’ve visited : ). Our favorite beer: Cherry!

Farewell Winter →. February 7, 2014. Man, Minnesota winters are something else. At the beginning of January, I started a new job at a school and since then we’ve already had five days off! Not because it was a “snow day” but because it was literally a “cold day.” -40 degree wind chill in the mornings…. When kids were supposed to be waiting outside for their busses!
