Ordet massage stammer fra det Græske ord MASSO ( jeg ælter) og det Arabiske ord MAS ( trykke blødt). Man behøver ikke fejle noget for og få massage. Det er en fantastisk måde og forkæle dem man holder af og sig selv på, og man får samtidig forebygget eventuelle overbelastninger af kroppen.

Dybdemassage gør jo alt det Fysiurgisk massage indebære, og meget mere. Dybdemassage er fascier/ bindevævsmassage, som udføres med langsomme, dybe strøg og tryg, og har fokus på musklernes indbyrdes samarbejde til formål at hjælpe klienten til selv og mærke og korrigere sine ubalancer. Derfor deltager klienten en stor del af tiden aktivt med langsomme guidede bevægelser, som understøtter og stimulerer musklernes indbyrdes samarbejde.

Jeg er uddannet på Naturmedicinsk Kursuscenter. De har uddannet zoneterapeuter og Massør siden 1979. Der er selvfølgelig sket meget siden den gang, nu er det ikke længere blot fod-trykkere, men holistiske terapeuter der kommer ud fra skolen, og alle har bestået krævende eksamener, og fået anerkendte papirer på uddannelsen.
