The Brace Faced Kiwi. Jan 18, 2009. 2nd Adjustment and a new wire! It's now just under 2 months into treatment and couldn't be happier! So far, no major pain and I'm really impressed with how quickly my teeth have moved. They're moving so fast that already the wires are poking through into my cheeks within a couple of days of being clipped and I'm getting excessive rubbing (but wax fixes this immediately). I'm getting strange white patches on my 1st molars and bottom of an incisor. And in fact the ligs.

After nearly missing my appt. thanks to a 30 minute meeting that turned into an hour, I got my ligs changed this morning to clear ones - this was despite the dental nurse spending a good 5 minutes trying to talk me out of it, fortunately the ortho was completely sympathetic. The Brace Faced Kiwi. Dec 3, 2008. So, of course, now I read that white and clear are the two colours that stain the most - duh! I knew about the clear but how I missed the white, I don't know. Anyway, today was my first day back at work after the tonsillitis, and needless to say I sat at there all morning keeping my mough clamped shut until two really unexpected things happened. Seriously, I didn't notice! This cheered me up no end because she actually knew to be looking. Wow, they look really good!

I was in and out in less than 4 minutes, only some of the top bands were changed (leaving stained ligs clearly visible) and barely a word was said to me. They're also super easy to make, and can really be used with just about any type of icing. Here's a plain vanilla cupcake recipe which you can use for just about anything! 125 g softened, unsalted butter. 250 g caster sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 185 g plain flour. 1 tsp baking powder. Preheat your oven to 180C and line 1 and a half cupcake trays. In a small bowl. Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt and place to the side for now. Divide the batter evenly into the trays, and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until they are golden and a skewer comes out clean.

I don't actually drink the stuff, but I've always thought those bottles were extremely cute so I decided to find something to do with them! 2 3/4 c flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. 3 ripe pears, peeled, cored and grated OR. 1 cup canned pears, grated and well drained.
