On October 23rd, 2010 I hosted my first annual Brain Matters fundraising event. It was a lot of fun and a huge success; we raised a little over $20,000.00! The evening allowed me to explain what it’s like living with a brain injury and share my recovery story. I was also able to publically thank the people who’ve helped me on my journey. Thanking you in advance for your support,. To carry out this mission Justin McKenna, his team and the community collaborate to host events throught each year.
