就活の方法ですが、ハローワークでもいいし、求人誌や転職サイトから、自分が興味をもてる会社を選んでエントリーをして、 面接してもよい という回答が来れば、 どんどん積極的に自分から動いて、会社の採用担当に会いに行きましょう。 まだ20歳前半の人たちに、 長期的に成長する会社の選び方 が分かるわけがありませんが、実際に会社にエントリしたり、面接を受けに行ったりして、会社の対応に特に感じが悪いところや不審な部分 ブラック企業めいた部分など がなければ問題ないでしょう。 公務員試験は30歳過ぎぐらいまで受験することができますし、実際に大学を卒業しているかどうか は合否に関係ありません 面接で突っ込まれる可能性はありますので、なぜ中退したのか という点に関してはきちんと説明できるようにしておくとよいです.
