The Brick Bungalow: {Bathroom} Primer!

http://www.thebrickbungalow.blogspot.com/2015/07/bathroom-primer.html

Monday, July 27, 2015. Did you have a good weekend? We went to my parents' house yesterday for some swimming. Lily spent the night and called me this morning asking me if she could spend another. But it was more of a telling me nicely than actually asking me. She loves it out there… but who wouldn't when you can swim first thing in the morning with both your grandparents? Anywho… let's get down to business. Stay tuned here on the blog or on Instagram at thebrickbungalow. Have a great day! Bathroom Planni...

The Brick Bungalow: April 2015

http://www.thebrickbungalow.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html

Thursday, April 30, 2015. Our blueberry bushes are growing! Below is the raised bed. We made last year (and a Nate photo bomb, kinda). We started with the two blueberry bushes (one small, one large, two different varieties but don't ask me what kind) and then added some flowers. The flowers have already bloomed and gone away, but now we've added six strawberry plants in hopes of some goodies this summer. Or maybe next year, you never know! Links to this post. Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Do you have a garden?

The Brick Bungalow: {Bathroom} Progress

http://www.thebrickbungalow.blogspot.com/2015/07/bathroom-progress.html

Friday, July 31, 2015. The painting is done (well, almost, there are some minor touch ups to do) and the backer board has been installed (and dried). And so there will be updates next week. And briefly, just because I'll get a better photo of it next week along with the floor, lets talk about the threshold piece. Isn't it beautiful? Have a great weekend! The cape on the corner. August 5, 2015 at 12:37 PM. That wall color and those floors are like the perfect zen pieces. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Brick Bungalow: October 2014

http://www.thebrickbungalow.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html

Friday, October 24, 2014. Family Fun} Pumpkin Patch. Last weekend we spent some time at our local Pumpkin Patch. I ended up getting some great photos (they're on Facebook for family to see) but after looking through some old photos, I thought I'd put together some highlights over the 6 years we've been going as a family. 2009 - a bright, beautiful day that ended up a little colder than I would have wanted, or that I had planned for. Lily was a good sport until the sunflower group photo. Links to this post.

The Brick Bungalow: {Tour} Lily's Room

http://www.thebrickbungalow.blogspot.com/2015/06/tour-lilys-room.html

Tuesday, June 23, 2015. After posting Nate's room (before the bed switch), I realized that Miss Lily's finished room has never made it on here. We documented the creation of it and how we took it down to the studs, ripped out both windows, moved a closet, and built it all back up but we never took finished photos. I blame the pregnancy on that one. And a busy schedule. Anyway, almost two years later, here it is. It's a bright, colorful, little girl's dream come true. Her room isn't large but definitely f...

July 9, 2013. A Different Approach & Dining Chairs. Feel free to skip through this rambling to the good stuff. Today is a FAR cry from what. Will be next week (at least in my mind). My personal style will never stop evolving and I am certain that I’ll NEVER settle. My point – I know what I love. which is almost everything. This recognition was HUGE. And such a relief. Zen Fairy Garden – Farm and Foundry

http://farmandfoundry.com/2016/07/zen-fairy-garden

Mixed Media Metal Art by Kate Richards. Mixed Media Metal Art by Kate Richards. But…not just any old fairy garden. I wanted something that, when I glanced at it, would remind me (and the fairies) to take a moment and breath. The spot had stressed me out for so long that I wanted it to do the exact opposite once I was done with it. I was completely enthralled with it. How on earth did it end up buried in my yard? The washi tape ‘prayer flags’ are my favorite. The only thing missing is an actual little wat...

On Friday, September 02, 2011. After some hard thinking ( with a little help O:D) and a rather frustrating encounter with Google, I finally managed to create a new blog entitled Marshall Arts. For those of you who don't know, Marshall is the brand name for amplifiers, which I use very often with a bass at the other end of the cable. :) I made the blog because my "lego" blog seemed to be about almost anything but legos at this time.
