Find, Make, Do: Shopping by Colour
http://findmakedo.blogspot.com/2011/04/shopping-by-colour.html
About Find, Make, Do. Thursday, April 7, 2011. I love this series of photographs by Marco Ugolini. Displaying supermarket products divided by color. They are currently part of a group exhibition called Food For Thought. There is no doubt the colour of food packaging can evoke a response in the consumer. Which raises the question. Are we being influenced by food companies to purchase their products according to the colour of the packet? Posted by Betty Jo. June 19, 2011. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Find, Make, Do: August 2010
http://findmakedo.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
About Find, Make, Do. Sunday, August 29, 2010. I wandered past Robyn Stewardson's owlie assemblages at the last Abbotsford Makers Market. And had to immediately backtrack to have a better look. Robyn constructs her Kitchen Owls from all manner of discarded metal kitchen bric-a-brac. If you ever invite Robyn over for tea, I'd keep a close watch on your strainers and saucepan lids! Every owl has it's own name and personality a. And is soon to release a range of 2011 calendars with her snappy images. For up...

Anna Bartlett: June 2010
http://annabartlett.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
The Great Hanky Drive. 28 June, 2010. I was going to save this for Thursday's Creative Space. But I just can't keep it to myself. It's my 'new' desk - so that I don't have to keep moving my laptop and paperwork on and off the dinner table (I do have a perfectly good desk in our office - but it's too far away from little children). Here's the before. (a handmedown from a friend, that was previously used as a child's desk) . And, wait for it . here's the AFTER! Paint glue over the whole surface. At least f...
