The emphasis is on local, seasonal, free range and wild produce, including locally caught fish and shellfish, as well as wild game, free range beef and lamb. Small plates (around the size of a large starter or small main), prepared to order by chef Liam. Menu on the blackboards inside, changing daily. See list of sample dishes below.
