I slept until about 10 am this morning, then did some paperwork and checked email. Hit the homework a little bit from about noon to 2 pm. At 2 pm, I had a huge craving for coffee (I’m out at home! But again, I need to work on the diet. Otherwise, my new six pack will be hidden under my middle-age spare tire! Any suggestions for a good weekly workout schedule?
