For all of us who love to play dolls, no matter how old we are! Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Dolls the silent witness. 2 new bride dolls live at my house! Doesn't she just have a 'nother world' look about her? She holds her head high and outshines every doll on the shelf. Now, this little bride is very friendly, she opens her arms to you, she's a huggy type of personality. She also has the longest eyelashes I've ever seen, and is wearing the prettiest earrings! They both arrived in this BEAUTIFUL box!

It's the second one I made for her. Along with the background being different in the photos,. Also changed her shoes. The red shoes have red flowers, similar to the one on her blouse. They are just a wee bit smaller, size wise. The multi printed fabric I used for the background is the same fabric I made her robe/duster/Spring Coat out of.

Clicking on the photos will enlarge the photos. Wasn't hard at all to do at all. Just made a simple change on my 6 inch circular cut-out. Just squared off just one of the corners. That simple! Besides his loving to cook, he had me make one for him to wear while he worked in his home/hobby wood shop where he makes lawn ornaments and, most recently doll beds and doll cribs. She was 14" tall and a hollow plastic with painted eyes.she fashioned by Mary Englebright after a book character she created. I brightened her paint and gave her real lashes.
