A non sugar coated diary of my path to a healthier life. Body Pump Class – PT style. August 5, 2015. So I am a little behind in my blogging about my sessions! Time seems to be getting away from me! Last week we did a body pump class after I had mentioned I like doing anything weight based and similar to that of the Les Mills Body Pump class. They don’t have this type of class at the gym I go to now, so it was a right treat to do weights like this again! This is what we did and it felt so good to do it!
