Bridger finished up his baseball season last week and then tried out for the All-Star team on Saturday June 25 th. Discus and a running event. That was a lot of fun to watch. Saturday, November 22, 2008. So we spent Friday night out at my sister-in laws house helping her finish getting everything ready for my brother to get home today. We just hung out and the kids got to play all night. The kids all made posters to take to the base and hold them. It was so cute. We had a great time. I am so happy for you that he's back. The pics on the side are really sweet. November 23, 2008 at 9:41 AM. So happy the know that he is back home safe with his girls! November 23, 2008 at 7:14 PM.

Saturday, November 22, 2008. I turned 34 on Wednesday November 19th. (That was NOT fun) because it makes me realize how much closer that I am to 40. It was also the 11th anniversary of when Max proposed to me so that made it an extra special birthday. The best present of all was knowing that my brother was on his way home after 6 months in Saudi Arabia. Birthdays are really just not fun anymore, huh. Zugspitze in the background. We went with friends from the Ward, the Clark's. Riding on the tram to the Zugspitze. Scenery on the way up. Lunch at the Zugspitze logde. Scenery looking out towards Austria. The ski runs below. A mammoth carved in the snow cave wall. Lodge in the 'bowl'. Scenery looking out toward the Swiss Alps.

London Express Trip 07/2009. The USO sponsored a one day trip to London by bus. We started in the evening around 8:00 pm. By the next morning around 5:30 am we were at Calais. And caught the ferry across the English channel. Here we are coming up on the white cliffs of Dover. The ferry ride was actually one of the highlights of this trip for me.sounds crazy I know but I just really enjoyed it. London bridge is falling down, falling down, no no wait a minute, OK it's just London bridge. And all that stuff.

Bastogne, Belgium, 10/9-10/08. We took a WWII Battle of the Bulge/Battle of the Ardennes themed tour to Bastogne and surrounding areas. 14,000 Americans were surrounded by 40,000 Germans. The battle lasted a little over a month. Turning point of the war. The area is beautiful. The leaves were turning- beautiful. American Sherman Tank in center square of Bastogne. Rothenburg, Germany 01/03/09. Day trip. Rothenburg is an extremely well preserved walled city. We visited the Imperial City Museum. There is lots to see here. We will be going back. Queen Marie Antoinette's hunting ensemble. Dad and Krystal went to Heidelberg Castle. Steve and Krystal found a slide. Dad went down preparing for a slow ride wanting a fast one. Eagle's Nest/Bunker Tour, Berchtesgaden, Germany 05/2009. We went on a weekend trip to Dachau, Herrenchiemsee Palace (Ludwig's), Salt Mine, and the Eagle's nest. Wednesday, January 19, 2011. For Fall Break we went over to Chandler and stayed at my parents' condo. We did a lot of swimming and visited a few fun places. We went to an indoor bounce place, called Bounce Jungle,. The Scottsdale train park,. And Kokomo's frozen yogurt shop (a family favorite). We also went to Scott's cousin Cody's reception and cousin Tami's new house. It was a really great time. Favorite Things of Summer. Kevin got his 1st haircut! He is so grown up looking. I love his short hair.
