Newbie Tips for Newbier Newbies. Since Sept 1, 2016. Sunday, May 24, 2015. I love using healthy fats in cooking, but the problem is.there's so many to CHOOSE from! Palm oil shortening (non-hydrogenated). For some purposes, I have go to oils that I always use. If I'm popping popcorn, I'm using red palm oil (makes for popcorn that tastes like it's straight from the theater but HEALTHY! I mixed together red palm oil, coconut oil, ghee and enough avocado oil to keep the mixture liquid at room temperature!

A little bit of grace. I am a protector (INFJ). Just caught up with a college friend MGao over dinner (ramen and sake! At izakaya sozai), and I had a great time learning about where he is at in life and, in the process, where I am too, both personally and careerly. I find I learn a lot about myself just by interacting with others.
