We are moving into a 3 bedroom condo, so all three boys will be sharing a room(I might need some prayers for that one! And received 4 to 5 responses daily, but it was the first one to come and look at the house, the day after posting, that we have gone with. Home made water station. With the hot temps and 3 boys who love water, Dan and I made a quick trip to Home Depot and picked up supplies to make our own splash zone. I remembered seeing this idea in a Family Fun magazine, and had to give it a try. Dan and I put our ideas together and he had it made in minutes! The boys had so much fun, first using it as a "car wash", then again as a watering station with buckets and toys, then again with the slip and slide under it! Definitely worth the $20 in supplies!

We decided to take the boys Trick-or-Treating this year, they had so much fun. Dan and I still don't know how we feel about the whole thing, but seeing the excitement on the boys faces was enough to change our minds(at least for this year). Jason at his Halloween party at school; games, goodies, and trick or treating fun! Ryan at his party, his favorite part was eating the goodies! Dan, Pam, and the Boys. A day in Fort Wayne. A couple weeks ago we had a family camping trip planned that we couldn't make happen, so instead we spent a night in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to get away. It was a. Little trip, just what we needed. The drive west on hwy 30 out of Ohio was gorgeous! For 22 miles(yes we tracked it) there is a wind farm.so pretty, literally as far as you can see, windmills EVERYWHERE, maybe it's our heritage that makes us appreciate the beauty of it, but I would take that drive any day! On the canoe ride.

Hocking Hills State Park. A family vacation was needed at the end of Dan's busy season, so we rented a little(more like tiny) cabin in Hocking Hills. What a beautiful place! Dan and I were both surprised with how different this part of Ohio is compared the rest of it. And the fact that you have to hike to see any of it was icing on the cake! Hiking and walking in the woods, the first day we hiked over 6 miles, and the boys were ready to go again the next day, yea! And to places that just blew my mind.

Monday, April 25, 2011. What a wonderful weekend . remembering Christ's sacrifice and celebrating his victory over death, so that we can have forgiveness and eternal life. Can't think of any better reason to celebrate! We attended some great worship services and the kids enjoyed some fun Easter activities as well. Saturday morning was Uncle Steve and Auntie Karin's annual Easter Egg Hunt. It was rather chilly, but at least it wasn't raining this year! Our sweet little spitter can never have too many bibs!

Nine Months and Counting. Thursday, April 12, 2012. We had our second OB appointment last night and John got to go this time! Wednesday, March 28, 2012. I was also able to hear the heartbeat AND then see the baby on the ultrasound! The picture came out dark and nearly impossible to see (he hopes to have that fixed by next time, April 11) and I've been fighting with my scanner, so hopefully in two weeks I'll have a picture to show.
