frequently wanders: To whom it may concern
http://frequentlywanders.blogspot.com/2013/01/to-whom-it-may-concern.html
Let thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to thee. Wednesday, January 16, 2013. To whom it may concern. The following is a letter I wrote to myself on my fortieth birthday. Congratulations, my friend! And let me just go ahead and say I know those aren't words you expected to hear from yourself. I know you weren't expecting to be happy about this day, but it is here and you are alive. So congratulations! A teacher asked you repeatedly yesterday, "What do you want? I love you. I think yo...

Let thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to thee. Monday, June 4, 2012. They came just in time. They exhausted themselves to be born in my garden. And they came at a time when I, too, was exhausted. They were a gift of grace wrapped in gossamer wings and they brought me light when I was wrapped in darkness. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). frequently wanders: Humble beginnings
http://frequentlywanders.blogspot.com/2012/12/humble-beginnings.html
Let thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to thee. Monday, December 24, 2012. I ate lunch today with six men all at various points of sobriety. One of these men was just hours into his own sobriety. I don't know what makes a person choose this day, the morning of Christmas Eve to get sober, but I suppose in the life of someone struggling with addiction, it is just as good a time as any. http://frequentlywanders.blogspot.com/2013/01/this-little-light-of-mine.html
Let thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to thee. Wednesday, January 9, 2013. This little light of mine. Maybe it is the student of literature or the writer in me, but I like themes. When I'm at loss with a piece of writing, my own or someone else's, the first place I go is theme. If I can nail that down, I have a place to begin figuring out everything else. I just ask:. And so it is with life. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A few places I visit. Texas Parks and Wildlife. A Poem A Day.

You want to sit reverently in The Waiting Place? Afterall, you are still counting your blessings from the beginning of this whole ordeal when you found yourself sitting in a waiting room holding your spouse's hand. A Whole Food Life ... : May 2014
http://rugratchow.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html

Whether it is steamed brown rice with stir-fried veggies, or white basmati rice with red beans or lentils, or black rice in summer salads! I'm a rice freak :)! Today's recipe was inspired by my need to use a package of mushrooms and my 5 year old son's lack of desire to eat anything that looks like a mushroom. I started ...
