This year, my adorable friend, Adrianne, introduced me to the greatest loop hole ever invented. She told me that at the Southtown Expo Center every year, the public can go see the floats, for FREE! I can't think of anything better! You get to go indoors, see the floats, and all in an air-conditioned room! Now I don't have to feel like I deprive my kids of the parade experience!

The first weekend of December, we packed up the kids and met our family at the cabin for our annual family Christmas party weekend. In Midway, the first weekend of December is very important because they hold the All-Faith Creche Exhibit which displays the Nativity from 90 different countries. They also hold the local Gingerbread House exhibit/charity fundraiser. The town is absolutely packed! Beam me up Buddy.
