Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The stone house and outbuildings, grouped around a 'Bawn', were standing on this site 200 years ago. The derelict buildings were renovated in 1993, using local craftsmen, inspired by the vernacular architecture of South Wexford. In 1997 the Potters Yard was established by Patricia Howard, an accomplished potter of many years experience, to produce Slipware and to teach her craft to others. Established with a grant from Wexford Enterprise Board.
