Yes, I kept the hola hoops moving for 10 min. I haven’t lost any weight but I am getting tighter. So who is up for the challange? PS is there spell check on this? If you want a treat for Valentines Day with this you can indulge with a fraction of the fat. 1 1/2 cup flour. 1 cup cocoa powder. 2/3 cups 70% veg oil spread melted. 1 container (6 oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt. 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teas. vanilla. 2-3 Tabl. hot water. Mix all Glaze ingredients including enough water to make smoth and spreadable. Spread evenly. Let it set. Cut, and SHARE!
