My Background and Experience. I have always specialized in working with children, teens, and their parents. However, I have continued to see adults as well. I received my bachelor s degree in Applied Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in 1992. In 1994, I received my Master s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago. By 2006, I established a full-time private practice, specializing in working with children, adolescents, parents and adults.
