Fees & Insurance. Fees & Insurance. My standard fee is $90 per 50 minute session for individuals, couples, and families. I do bill many insurance plans. For reimbursement. I also provide a sliding scale fee for clients who do not have insurance and cannot afford my full rate. Sliding scale depends on how much an individual can afford and can be discussed during our initial visit. My sliding scale ranges from $50 to $70. I am an in-network provider with Medicare and I am accepting new patients.
