Tuesday, May 6, 2008. 7 cups all-purpose flour. 3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes. 2 (25 ounce) packages active dry yeast. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 1 cup pineapple juice. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Serve it up with some crushed tortilla chips and a side of cornbread. A complete protein. It's a super powerhouse meal that makes for a happy mouth and a happy bowel ;). 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can worth of prepared brown lentils, rinsed and cooked (about 1/2 c. dry). 1 can diced tomatoes.

I love to make this the day after Thanksgiving, but it's so good that I find excuses to make it throughout the year (using rotisserie chicken in place of turkey). Anyone interested in a tea party? As you can imagine, the soup bewitched me and I vowed then and there to make something similar.
