Yachay: A Bolivian Journal: February 2006

Yachay: A Bolivian Journal. In the Quechua language, "yachay" means many things: to know, to learn, culture, wisdom. It forms part of the terms for school, study, and certainty. The more I live and learn, the more clearly I see how God is putting these puzzle pieces together to create a work of beauty in my life. Thursday, February 09, 2006. It’s raining in Santa Cruz: outside, a gentle pattering on the leaves, gray skies, that unmistakeable sound of car tires sliding along wet asphalt. Please pray for t...

The Coddingtons: December 2011
http://loscoddingtons.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 31, 2011. Our friends, the Kerns, invited us for their annual kid-friendly New Year's Party again. We had a blast and so did the kids! She prepared 3 crafts (hats, snowmen candle holder, and noise makers) so Hannah was in heaven! At 8pm the kids scrambled out to the deck to pop bubble wrap and scream at the top of their lungs. An extra little touch this year was the balloon drop (rigged in the trees by Justin and Melissa). Thanks guys! It was wonderful as always! December in New York.

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Hannah and Timmy are starting to interact a little more. Big sister loves to help Timmy and had a blast riding in this cart car with him while we went grocery shopping. It took us a little longer to get our shopping done but the giggles were so worth it! Hannah spent some special time decorating the shirts that Uncle Aaron and Aunt Lisa gave her for Christmas. Timmy has learned where to find the yummy snacks! Music to a momma's ears! Posted by The Coddingtons. I had been in the...

The Coddingtons: March 2012
http://loscoddingtons.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 31, 2012. Daddy was out West on a work trip for a few weeks in February and March. Thankfully grandma came to save the day and help with the crazy kids. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I got while she was here. Can you see where Timmy gets his hair from? One of Timmy's favorite toys right now! He has gone from taking a few steps to Mr. Speedy Gonzalez. Pretty soon, I'm sure he'll be running! We had a few beautiful days in the upper 70s/lower 80s and took full advantage of it!
