In 1966, Martha Schrader and her husband Lee ventured into the West Lafayette Community. Lee was offered a position in agricultural economics at Purdue University and being the loving and supportive wife she is, Martha packed up her life and headed down to central Indiana. Upon moving to West Lafayette, Martha became a valued member of the West Lafayette community. Over time, she has contributed greatly to public schools in the area and has also been very active in local volunteer work.
