http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 23, 2015. 12, 12 and 12 in Twelve. 12, 12 and 12 in Twelve. What the heck am I on about? I'm hoping to have twelve quilty, twelve sewy and twelve knitty finishes in twelve months. My aim is finish up some UFO's as well as start AND finish some new things each month. Wish me luck and feel free to join me! I made a pair of shark PJ shorts for Harvey - all sharks are called Bruce the Shark in our family so these will be his Bruce the Shark jarmies. Due to being a somewhat selfish sewist, I h...

Copper Patch: November 2013
http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 28, 2013. Where do you put your binding while you are attaching it to your quilt? Yeah, me too. Perfect place to keep it tidy and stop it from dropping to the floor and tangling. Links to this post. Thursday, November 14, 2013. Step Back in Time. Mr CP is not a baker. He's not a chef. He's never been trained but. If you recall, he made this masterpiece for Harvey's birthday earlier in the year. In June he made this for my step-son who is of course a Dr Who addict. But oh, the pressure!

Copper Patch: September 2013
http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 28, 2013. You certainly should have. After doing jewelry making at school and then working in a jewelers part time when I was at Uni I got a bit 'jeweleried out' and haven't felt the need to buy much over the last ten years. Now that has changed! A number of weeks ago I was checking out my Instagram feed and saw a gorgeous teapot brooch. I don't know what happened but I was so excited. Brown paper packages - sewing patterns - tied up with string. Sweet! Of Christina Lowry Designs.

Copper Patch: I think I might get back to this blogging shindig
http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2015/01/i-think-i-might-get-back-to-this.html
Friday, January 2, 2015. I think I might get back to this blogging shindig. I'm hoping to get back to blogging, I miss having a document of all I have made. I need to take some photos so in the mean time. I've been crafting aplenty in my absence but for the most part my life is full of my boys. Lachy is finally in his big boy bed as of last night. Not that he sleeps all that much. We had a long bout of gastro. Unfortunately I got my turn on Christmas Day :(. And my wee boys partied hard. 12, 12 and 12 in...

Copper Patch: Bikinis and cardigans
http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2015/01/bikinis-and-cardigans.html
Tuesday, January 6, 2015. I've continued on with my knitting and am definitely getting better and quicker and of course making lots of mistakes and learning as I go. On a whim I decided I wanted a long, squish cardy and I had some gorgeous raspberry coloured wool/bamboo yarn that needed to be knit. So began the 'bikini Cardy'. As soon as the Bikini Cardy was off the needles I started my first ever sock. Since this pic I have turned the heal but I've stalled, becoming distracted with the next project.

Copper Patch: April 2014
http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 20, 2014. When you ail, knit. Last weekend I came down with a yucky cold. I haven't felt that awful for a long time. I figured some quiet knitting time would heal me. Turns out it was a good decision as I got worse and spent two days in bed. Bendigo Woollen Mills 'Luxury' in Ruby. I've made a very cropped sleeveless cardy which will eventually (hopefully not too far away) become a long, long-sleeved cardy. By Tin Can Knits. And I'm loving it. Yarn: Bendigo Woollen Mills 'Stellar' Wool/Bamboo.

Copper Patch: January 2014

Monday, January 13, 2014. How much can a koala bear? We just had a long weekend visiting my dad. The boys love visiting Poppie, there's always lots of fun and the kind of spoiling that one expects from a grandparent to his grandchildren. There are also lots of discussions and important questions, such as why? Can you tell we're at the why stage? Another 25 metres of walking and we saw this little chap scrounging around for ants. The walk is about 1.2kms and we saw over 15 koalas. Make that 16 :-). We got...

Copper Patch: March 2013
http://copperpatch.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 29, 2013. And then there was three. I've been a bit quiet in the last few weeks. I've done a little bit of sewing but gave up after realising that I sewn rows of my HST quilt on the wrong way! Sadly I didn't even realise until I decided to take some braggy blog photos. Really it's only a bit of unpicking and re-sewing but I was annoyed at myself so put it aside. Baby brain at it's best :o). Then on Monday morning this little monkey woke us up at 5.00am. Lachlan (Lachy) Henry Fox! Monday, Ma...
