Just a couple of weeks before Cody’s 1st birthday the doctor’s finally decided to put tubes in his ears. After many, many infections in a few short months i was all for it. Caitlyn had tubes at about the same age and it made a world of difference for her! The day of surgery….Cody was having nothing but fun! 160; He played and played until it was time to go back to surgery!

This year Caitlyn decided she wanted a Sponge Bob party.she has really gotten hooked on this character.for now anyway! Caitlyn loved opening all of her presents but there was one she really didn't expect and was really surprised to get. Even some of the big kids wanted some candy.

He has finally discovered his hands and loves to play with them and keep them in his mouth! I wonder if he will love his thumb like Cailtyn did? Cody is definately discovered his voice. he love to just make noise and love for you to talk to him!

Friday, May 30, 2014. As most of you know, especially if you follow us on Facebook, we traveled to Orlando a few weeks ago and had a big time at Disney World and Legoland. Our previous trip to Disney was in 2008. When Kelsey and Roland were about the ages that Amelia and Peyton are now. We've been talking about going back for a long time, and finally made the decision last Fall to go ahead and plan it. We stayed at the Blue Heron Beach Resort in Orlando. We rented through a listing we found on VRBO.

Monday, July 28, 2014. Well, it had to happen eventually. It just happened way too quickly. Bev and I have now officially been parents for double digit years. How did I get this old? So I grilled us up some hamburgers on her birthday and we lit up her birthday candle on some monkey bread. That following weekend, Cadence came over for a sleepover. Monday, September 22, 2014. As we've done the last few years, we rented a big slide from Desoto Bounce. This one had two slides on it and was much easier to get up and down than the ones we've rented the last couple of years. Discussing with their kids over who wants what and how much they did or did not want to eat. :). After everyone had dinner, it was time for MeMe to open her presents.
