The Ringwood Clinic: 10 Self Tests

This page contains a series of 10 self tests. These are tests we use ourselves daily in the clinic to help build up a ‘picture’ of an individual’s mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance or biomechanics. These tests give us a ‘snap shot’ of a particular area about which we want to gain more objective information. In many cases we will use these tests to gain a base line marker so we can re-test at a later date after a treatment or a stretching, strengthening or mobility program.

These sessions are evening (pm) slots from 6pm to 7.40pm, there are only 10 slots available so please book early. Each session in 15 mins long. With your full name, mobile number, prefered time slot and preferred therapist Sara or Alex. Please arrive 5 mins early as there will be a short 'new patient' form to fill in. Please arrive on time.
