The Road Comes Free. Run. Friday, March 13, 2009. My legs were threatening to cramp before I even began my run/walk. The reason? I ran uphill to catch the local train home. Without stretching. Just goes to show how out of shape I am. I ran for 2 minutes thrice and since my traitorous legs were not feeling like they were going to squeeze the blood right into my brain, I upped my speed. Total running time - 6 minutes. Total walking time - 17 minutes. Average heart rate - 167 beats pm. Trying to be a Runner.

I know I have been out of the fray since almost a year now.but remember that bust ankle I had last complained about? I Googled up some common foot injuries but I was unable to find an exact match. I have iced it, I have rested it, I have hot compressed it. But NOTHING is working. I am going to crazy sitting without running anywhere! I tagged you, check out my blog for info! Go to the doc! I tried this shit long back and ended up all but tearing my calf muscle.

The Road Comes Free. Run. Sunday, July 06, 2008. I have been awful at keeping up with my schedules. First, I had a bust ankle. One entire week lost. Then the next week I had late meeting after meeting. This week, I have to go out everyday and run. I miss the high it gives me.
