Having the option (before the placement begins) to find alternative lodgings with the funds allocated to stay at the EWB house. If people do stay at the house have a concrete solution to solve the pest problems in the EWB house. Do an intensive cleaning of the house (clean absolutely everything) before anyone else lives in it. Implement and monitor a consistent cleaning routine for the people living in the house.
