I can't believe Lance and I have been married 5 years.it some ways it seems like yesterday but then when I look back at all the things we have done since then it's kind of hard to believe all that has happened in those 5 years! Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Our Anniversary Dinner at Brennans. The girls weekend with Nonnie, Poppy, and Gigi. I missed my Leighton bear :). Going for a walk with our new stroller! Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Leighton is 4 Months! A little late but Leighton turned 4 months on April 13. Leighton weighed in at 16 lbs, 3 oz at her checkup and is 25 inches tall. She is in the 85% for her weight and 70% for her height, all in all she is very healthy little girl! Thursday, April 12, 2012. Wow with so many events lately, I can't keep up with all the pictures and posting about them! We took a lot of pictures (surprise, surprise) over the weekend, so here they are. Saturday, July 28, 2012. 7 Months came too fast! I did some photos at home one day in her 7 month sticker (I'm trying to keep up with them every month! I think she looks just like her daddy these days but as I've seen with Karly that can definitely change. I love that she is ALWAYS happy and smiling.it's the best thing ever! We love our little Ley-Ley! Laughing with me as I take her picture! Happy, happy baby girl! This one really reminds me of LANCE! Such a great pic of the girls and of course unplanned!

Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Leighton is 6 Months! 6 months has never gone by so fast! I've been waiting to do a post until we went to the doctor and Leighton had her 6 month check up today. I love our pediatrician and we've gotten to know him well now after seeing him for 3 1/2 years. She is 27 inches long and weighs 18 lbs 14 oz. Her head is 16.75 inches. She is about 85th percentile for height and weigh (50th for head). Such a big girl! I took a few 6 month photos on her 6 month birthday at home too. Playi...

Thursday, February 21, 2013. Well I am 2 months behind on this but better late than NEVER! Leighton's birthday falls right in the middle of holiday craziness so unfortunately her birthday post got pushed aside too. But we definitely celebrated (more than once)! A few things about our sweet little Leighton. We call you Laylay. You LOVE milk and ask for it all day long (by signing milk). You had no problem giving up your bottle! You always want your "lulu" pacifier and must sleep with your "dog lulu".

Friday, March 29, 2013. We are so blessed this Easter and I'm so glad that Karly (and soon Leighton) will know the true meaning of Easter. We are celebrating Jesus on Sunday, not the Easter bunny.although we will have fun decorating eggs, doing some egg hunts and eating candy after church on Sunday! Wednesday, January 25, 2012. 6 weeks and 6 hours. Leighton is now 6 weeks old (I can't believe it)! And she is growing like a weed. One of my friends gave me a baby scale and I weighed her last Friday on it.she was just under 11 lbs (10 lbs 15.5 oz)! She spits up a lot more than Karly did but it never really bothers her.it just causes a lot more laundry. I am amazed how much more one little person can create! Wednesday, March 28, 2012. First tooth, oh my! Well our little Leighton is growing like a weed and has her first tooth officially coming in. You can see it coming through now and it explains a lot about her mood over the last week too.
