The Search for the Perfect Hot Chocolate. The good, the bad and the ugly. Fourth Cup – Gloria Jeans Victoria Gardens. This particular Gloria Jeans is located in Victoria Gardens shopping centre in Richmond. It’s a semi-enclosed café that’s almost always full. The café chain is meant to be sugar and spice, and all things nice. I’ve been to Starbucks before, and I was impressed by them. A very relaxed cafe, with surprisingly good hot chocolate and reasonable food. Gloria jeans is the opposite. 3 of 10 stars.
