Saturday, July 6, 2013. And just like that. (2nd edition). Ben decided to assert his independence on Independence Day by climbing out of his crib on Wednesday night. Not once.multiple times. Then on Thursday morning, I heard him calling for me and a moment later, I heard his door handle jiggle. Thursday's nap was also a battle to keep him in his crib. So. So I guess that's it. No more breast feeding, no more crib. The next thing.no more diapers! Wouldn't that be grand? I know you read this! I am so happy...

Saturday, April 21, 2012. Jeepers, the past week has been eventful. Rewind back to Easter and all was calm. I had the Monday after Easter off and I enjoyed every second of it with my girlies. It was a cleaning and playing day. Perfect! Just she and I went while Matt stayed home with Megan. The event was really close to our house so Kelsey and I walked there. In the pouring rain. Monday, January 30, 2012. We have hardly had any snow this winter. However, we did get a few inches last weekend and Kelsey wanted to go out and play in it. She really wants to help shovel, so she got all bundled up and she and Daddy went out to clean off the driveway and have a little fun. Sunday, June 24, 2012. My how the garden has taken off in only a few short weeks. We are already eating lettuce, spinach, onions and cilantro! I love fresh food from the garden! We spent the day today hiking around Devil's Lake State Park. It was much more rigorous than I had originally anticipated, but overall a good time. As always so many people were in love with Riley. Sunday, September 2, 2012. Kolor Run and Justice Works. This past weekend we did the JusticeWorks half marathon. We walked it, and shaved 28 minutes off of our personal best. We finished in 3 hours 29 minutes. No pictures from that one though! A shot to the ear. The finish line.
