Wednesday, October 22, 2014. I have been collecting and making decorative papers for several years. I even bought a flat file drawer cabinet to try to organize the papers. Works sort of. I have taken a couple of great workshop in the last year, centered on papers. The still life above was the focus of 3 weeks inspiration for a small group I meet with. Weeks I, II and II. I bought a childrens book and had Tom saw it to being a square - about 10 x 10. These pages represent a 2 page spread (last photo).

Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Full moon or darn near, taken in Afton, Wy. Monument over Highway 89. Have seen tour buses stop and everyone get. Out for this photo op. A gal at work gave him a piece of wood - odd shaped. He created this hand with floating ring. The entire sculpture is about 4 inches tall -. A dollar or so a yard. Available in size 12 only. Thursday, November 14, 2013. METAL CAMP WITH FRIENDS. We are talking of renting a place somewhere and having camp again. You cannot buy or codger up this type of experience or friends. photos to follow. (I think I might get weepy) - long week and wine. The stuff you bring to camp. Vicki wanted an anvil. Pam told her we had room in our car while on vacation. We found this 17 lb anvil in Idaho and brought it home to Vicki. It came to visit. A collection of day one. Monday, October 6, 2014. After Labor Day they put the Life Guard Shacks away. We had returned for just on more breakfast before my brother and sister in law left for their home, far from the beach in Wyoming. Rock-A-Lay-Lee preform for announcement of Huntington Beach being a host city for the 2015 Special Olympics in Los Angeles, the opening act. Tom and I visiting a metal worker. The birds and yard art are mainly from his studio, somewhere out there near Santa Fe. Large sculpture at Museum Center.
