Always twenty pounds to go. Sunday, January 12, 2014. Step On Scale Sunday. Weighed in this morning. 184.2. that is a loss of 1.8. not a big one but a little move. i'll take it! Here comes week 2! Next weigh-in: January 19th. Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Cookies and a potty. I love being a teacher. it is a very busy job and can be challenging. but at the same time, very rewarding. My baby is moving. 10 months. i seriously can't believe that landon is already 10 months. he has hit some big milestones in his ten month mark. and he has only been there for five days! I am rushing him to make sure he is okay. that's it. Always twenty pounds to go. Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Weighed in this afternoon. and i am down 12.2 pounds since the summer kicked off. it has been frustrating not being able to exercise, but i guess just eating less has been working. i would LOVE to be in the 170s by the time school starts in three weeks. only five pounds to lose. sounds totally doable if i pay close attention to healthy eating. Well another week down. this week was a tough one to focus on. i am back to work and i have my VERY last graduate class. or so i hope. this graduate class is going to be the death of me. lots of papers and lots of writing. but once i am finished, i will officially have my principal certification. jeepers, that took FOREVER! I might as well move on to work on my doctorate. why not? Down just a tad. but it is a loss. 21.2 pounds. Friday, August 29, 2014.

Always twenty pounds to go. Sunday, August 10, 2014. It was a tough weekend. the weekend started off with a double date with couple friends at the Cheesecake Factory. Today, i went to a beautiful bridal shower. it was super adorable. i skipped all desserts and stuck with fruit. i ate okay throughout the day. but, i knew the cheesecake was waiting for me in the fridge when i got home tonight. i ate a few bites and boxed it back up to finish tomorrow. For a total of 17 pounds. PA, United States.

Let me explain our plan. we came up with an ultimate weight loss goal and then came up with something big we both want. and then for every five pounds we lose getting to that point, we will be rewarded with something not food related. 5 pounds- a yankee candle. 10 pounds- eye brows waxed. 15 pounds- purchase a favorite item at ULTA. 20 pounds- a manicure. 25 pounds- a pedicure. 30 pounds- a new outfit. 35 pounds- a night away with Tim at a hotel.
