Dienstag, 29. März 2011. Nach langer Zeit habe ich es entlich mal geschafft, mit meinen Kinder Salzteig zu "verkneten" es hat ihnen sehr viel Spass gemacht und ist so einfach. Alles, was man dazu braucht, ist Mehl und Salz zu gleichen Teilen, damit der Teig nach dem backen nicht krümmelig wird. So hatten meine Kinder Gelegeheit, ihre Spielküche aufzustocken. Und ich finde, das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen ;-). Pizza, Kuchen, Cremetorten und Gebäck, alles was das Herz begehrt. Mittwoch, 9. März 2011.

Ich gebe zu, in der Großstadt ist es nicht so leicht, ein schönes Fleckchen zu finden, aber dennoch gibt es sie. Wir hatten zugegebener maßen "Glück", dass es an unserem ausgewählten Ort wirklich nicht voll war, zumal es ein wirklich schön sonniger Tag war, hatten viele wohl was anderes vor ;-). Mittwoch, 23. Februar 2011. Ich hab in den letzten Tagen viele Dinge zu ende gebracht, was eigentlich nicht daran lag, dass ich sonst nichts zu tun hätte, aber ich hatte viel Lust kreativ zu sein. Da ich ja langsam die Plastikkisten meiner Kinder gegen Stoffkörbchen austauschen möchte, was meinen Kindern übriges sehr gut gefällt, hab ich noch ein Körbchen genäht.
