Sunday, May 27, 2012. Our good friends are expanding their family soon. I photographed Lilah when she turned 2 years old, and soon she will become a big sis to baby boy Cooper. She was the flower girl when I married my wonderful husband almost 9 years ago, and now she is all grown up-well, almost! Katherine survived getting her tonsils out on June 8th, though is was a bit scary and recovery is not so fun, she is handling it very well! Sunday, May 31, 2009. For our 19th wedding anniversary I surprised Mike with a Hot Air Balloon ride. We took off in Indianola, IA at 6am and flew for about an hour over the peaceful countryside. It's really windy inside a balloon as they're inflating it.
