We went out to my parents house for the weekend and my brother called and said they were going to the movie! Hungry Mama finding inspiration to cook on a daily basis. Not forgetting their famous kaya toasts, soft boiled eggs and etc. I miss that place! So Bubba has been requesting for chicken chop for almost 3 weeks now and I kept telling him I don’t know how to make one. He didn’t specifically request the Hainanese version, however, my version of Chicken Chop was always Chicken Maryland without the sauce, eaten with chilli sauce! Bubba loved it that he wanted seconds except I didn’t make extra :P. 1 egg, beaten.
