Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Feedback from groups on rough cut. Today we went round the classroom and gave feedback to each of the other group's thriller projects, as well as the receiving feedback on our own project. The comments we were given were organised into five catergories, camerawork, editing,sound, mise-en-scene and special effects. A general summmary of the feedback we recieved is as follows, in order as displayed-. Camera work is steady. We found the webcam shots interesting and original.

Sunday, March 04, 2007. Some shots held much too long- cut from one curtain shot to another looks like a mistake. Music perhaps too overpowering early on- maybe should build up. titles either invisible or not there at all early on- what about inserting on black? Shots of computer screen held much too long and hard to work out what is happening. I'd intro the voiceover earlier as the best bits are towards the end. Jump cut during the attack on DJ has a continuity mistake- appears tro happen twice.

In the beginning are titles were very explicit but we re-did them, as we wanted them to be subtle. Some people didn't understand the title. People thought we could have used more shorter shots. Improvements: We had to much footage of the girl being dragged through the woods and we filmed it on a sunny day and some groups said that the light conditions did not suit the mood.
