Thrive Program ▼. What times of the week can I exercise at Thrive Fitness? Anytime from 6am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, as well as 6am - 1pm Fridays, and 8am - noon on Saturdays. How much does the program cost? There is a $99 enrollment fee and monthly charges range from $179 to $259/month, depending type of membership. How many times a week can I workout there? You and your coach will develop a weekly exercise plan, but technically you can come as often as you want. What fitness level is required?
