With groups that are usually between three and eight clients, we have the ability to instruct clients properly and offer solutions that meet each person's needs. When you schedule your exercise sessions with us, you are free to pick the days and times that match your schedule. You are not tied to one "class time". Thrive Program ▼. What times of the week can I exercise at Thrive Fitness? Anytime from 6am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, as well as 6am - 1pm Fridays, and 8am - noon on Saturdays. How much does the program cost? There is a $99 enrollment fee and monthly charges range from $179 to $259/month, depending type of membership. How many times a week can I workout there? You and your coach will develop a weekly exercise plan, but technically you can come as often as you want. What fitness level is required?
