This recipe yields 25 small balls…. there were only 7 left by the time I got a picture! 2 scoops of vanilla IsaLean powder. 1 cup organic raisins. 1/2 cup of ground flax seed. 1/3 cup of organic oats. Simply throw it all in the food processor and blend. Form in to ball and chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes. 25 balls- 76 calories each. 20 balls- 98 calorie each. 4 Tbs olive oil. 8 eggs, well beaten.

Creating Healthy 400-600 Calorie Meals for the Isagenix Lifestyle. 1/2 cup Organic/Gluten Free Soy Sauce (I used San-J Organic Tamari- gluten free soy sauce. 4 Tbs olive oil. 8 eggs, well beaten. 2 lbs ground bison. 4 cups of organic frozen mixed veggies (I used a green bean, carrot and red pepper medley)- slightly thawed and coarsely chopped if whole. 1 onion coarsly chopped. 4 tsp fresh ginger, minced. 4 cloves garlic, crushed. Stir in ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute. Apple Raisin Balls with Walnuts.

Getting rid of the ever-convenient breakfast cereal is not an easy task, but these muffins make it so much easier.
