Hot (not boiling) water. 2) Citrus Electrolyte Drink. 1/2 cup organic juice such as orange or grapefruit (even an organic lemonade or limeade will do: extra tasty! Pour water and juice into a glass. Add a pinch or two of sea salt. Stir and enjoy! The drink should taste a bit like Gatorade: slightly salty with a little fruit flavor. Sip and enjoy. February 27, 2014.
