Thursday for Dinner – Cooking Videos of Family Recipes. Delicious Mediterranean Calamari (Fried Squid). Calamari is a surprisingly easy meal to prepare. In this video Eva shows us how to properly clean and cook the squid. Calamari is wonderful as an entree or as side dish and is amazing with home-made tzatziki. Be sure to fry the squid right before you serve the meal, as it best eaten immediately. 1 box of frozen squid. Enough flour to dip the squid. Vegetable oil for frying. Pinch of salt and pepper.

In the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18:21 I've always been taught that it's about gossip, and that we give life or death with our words. Today I was thinking it can just as easily be about food. Quite literally, what we eat is life and death to us. I got to start making better decisions. The recipe given below is as made by the Anglo-Indians as this is also a favourite with the Anglo-Indians at X'mas. This may seem lenghthy but it really isn't. Anyway the results will be delicious. 450 g - maida. 250 grams - semolina (rava/suji). 1 tsp - baking powder. 125 gm - powdered sugar. 6 eggs - separate whites from yolks. 1 small teacup - milk (or coconut milk). Oil - for frying.

Friday, 29 August 2014. Taxi Stories - Men are Vain too! I am currently in a taxi . We stopped at the traffic lights so the driver immediately whipped out a pair of tweezers and proceeded to examine his hair in the rear vision mirror, pulling out any whites he could find.
